Welcome to CircuitTakeoff ("CircuitTakeoff," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CircuitTakeoff website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

CircuitTakeoff uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded electrical plan documents and generate estimated quantity takeoffs, including but not limited to conduit, wire, devices, fixtures, panels, and low-voltage items ("Takeoff Data").

2. AI-Generated Estimates — Important Limitations

Takeoff Data is generated by an AI model and is provided for estimating and reference purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional review.

• Takeoff Data may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, including but not limited to incorrect quantities, missed items, or misread plan symbols.
• Measured quantities (such as conduit and wire footage) are estimates based on visual analysis of uploaded plans and may be flagged as lower-confidence within the Service. These estimates should always be independently verified against scaled plans before being used in a bid, purchase order, or contract.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all Takeoff Data before relying on it for bidding, purchasing, or any business or financial decision.
• CircuitTakeoff makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Takeoff Data.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CircuitTakeoff and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost bids, cost overruns, or material shortages, arising from or related to your use of the Service or reliance on Takeoff Data, even if CircuitTakeoff has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid CircuitTakeoff in the [three (3)] months preceding the claim.

4. Third-Party AI Processing

5. Accounts and Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
